Poll for Bacoor cityhood set September 13
BACOOR, Cavite — This progressive coastal town took a step closer to becoming the fourth city in the province of Cavite after the House of Representatives set the plebiscite for its cityhood on September 13, Mayor Jessie Castillo said Tuesday.Castillo said he was optimistic that majority of the more than 200,000 voters of the municipality would come out and support the bid to become the newest city in the province after Tagaytay, Cavite and Trece Martires.
“This is a great opportunity … to show … that we’re more than ready to be a component city,” Castillo told the Inquirer.
Located north of Cavite and south of Manila Bay, Bacoor lies in the boundary of the province and Metro Manila.

Mukhang dito ay napaghahalataan na sinasamantala na ni Pareng Aspog ang pampmilit at pamumwersa sa Bacoor para maging isang siyudad, kahit pa hindi ito aprubado sa nakararaming mga mamamayan!
Kung totoo man ito na sa susunod na linggo na ang plebisito, kinakailangan nang umaksyon na ng madali! Kailangan na magkaisa para mailigtas pa ang Bacoor bago ito tuluyang mababoy!
